The bakery "La Tahona de Níjar" (Almería) stars in 2017, after more than 30 years with another company, "La Tahona de Pedraza" (Segovia) opened in 1986.
The owners are the same, and so is the goal, make a high quality bread using the best ingredients, and experiment to create new yummy breads and sweets, but this time the adventure will take place in Almería (South of Spain).
